Barnaut Astro.
A custom AI inbox for mobile cocktail bar Barnaut. Every message from Instagram, Messenger, three mailboxes and the booking form arrives in one place. Astro reads along, lays out what is being asked and drafts a reply. Naut sends it himself.

Barnaut is a mobile cocktail bar for weddings, company events and private parties. Requests come in through Instagram, Messenger, three mailboxes and the form on the website we built for Barnaut earlier. Every question sat in a different app, between invoices, suppliers and newsletters.
Astro brings it all together in one inbox, sorted into folders: requests and bookings, collaborations, suppliers and admin. For every conversation Astro lays out what is being asked: the date, the number of guests, what the client wants and what is still missing. It drafts a reply in the client's language, which Naut edits or sends right away, from the same mailbox or the same Instagram account.
Two rules were fixed from day one. Astro decides nothing: it never sends, closes or deletes anything by itself, Naut confirms every step. And the messages stay Barnaut's: every message is encrypted with a key that is not stored with the database, and AI usage has a hard monthly limit.

What we delivered.
-
One inbox for every channel
Instagram, Messenger, three mailboxes and the booking form in one list. With the real subject line, attachments that open and replies that stay in the same thread. WhatsApp follows once Meta approves the connection.
-
An assistant that reads along
Astro sorts into folders, summarises, picks the date, guests and wishes out of the message and says what is still missing. What Naut corrects, Astro uses the next time.
-
Replies prepared, never sent
A draft in the client's language, one click to make it shorter, warmer or more formal. It only leaves when Naut presses send, from the same mailbox and with his signature.
-
Ask Astro
‘What did I miss?’ or ‘Book twelve people for Friday.’ Astro looks it up or prepares it. Naut sees a preview first and confirms.
-
Bookings, calendar and clients
Website requests arrive as bookings, with the calendar beside them and a link to the Apple calendar. Client records fill themselves with the email and number from the conversations. Plus a lab of its own for the recipes of new cocktails.
-
Secure and frugal
Field-level encryption, a secured login, limits against abuse and a hard cap on AI costs. Built on Next.js, Supabase and Claude by Anthropic.
