Project Overview

Oceana is a concept-based 3D visualization project for a luxury beachfront real estate development located in Dubai. The project was created to explore how high-end 3D visualization can be used to present architectural and interior spaces for premium real estate marketing.

This is not an official collaboration and does not follow the official design of the development. The focus is on showcasing the possibilities of architectural and interior visualization through 3D.

Scope of Work

Architectural Visualization
Creation of exterior renders highlighting the beachfront location, architecture, and overall atmosphere of the development.

Interior Visualization
Design and rendering of interior spaces with a focus on materials, lighting, and spatial experience.

3D Walkthrough Animation
Development of a cinematic walkthrough video to present the spaces in a continuous and immersive way.

Advertising Visuals
Production of high-end renders and video content suitable for real estate advertising and promotional use.
